At Chello AI Music, every track is a unique, bespoke digital creation tailored to your specific quiz answers, brand story, lyrical cues, and musical preferences. Unlike off-the-shelf software or physical goods, production begins shortly after checkout, incurring non-recoverable GPU cloud computing resources and studio mastering time.
2.Our Free Revision Process
Before requesting a refund, we provide an extensive revision process to make sure your track matches your vision:
Adjusting pronunciation of your brand name, tagline emphasis, or vocal tone delivery.
Refining frequency balance, bass punch, vocal volume, and energy levels for your intended platform.
If the initial musical genre or rhythm was off-target, our sound designers will re-engineer the prompt at no extra charge.
3.Refund Eligibility
- Late Delivery: If your song is not delivered within 72 hours of purchase without prior written notice from our team.
- Technical Failure / Corrupt Files: If the audio files cannot be accessed or downloaded and our engineers are unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours.
- Duplicate Charges: Accidental double billing or payment processing glitches are refunded immediately upon verification.
- Immediate Cancellation: Requests submitted within 30 minutes of purchase before generation and sound mastering have started.
- Change of mind after the final master files and stems have been successfully downloaded.
- Subjective dissatisfaction when the client has not utilized their free revision rounds.
- Orders where incorrect or incomplete information was intentionally provided during the quiz.
4.How to Request a Revision or Refund
To request a revision or initiate a refund inquiry, please follow these steps:

- Our sound engineering support team will respond within 24 hours with either an updated master track or your refund status.
5.Refund Processing Times
Once an eligible refund is approved, it will be processed through your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or banking institution.
