These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "Client"), and Chello AI Music("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Chello AI Music website, custom song creation interactive quiz, and digital audio generation services.

By accessing the website or submitting an order through our interactive quiz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the service and must discontinue use immediately.

2.Services & Audio Deliverables

Chello AI Music provides high-speed custom sonic branding, jingles, social reel soundtracks, and full brand anthems by fusing advanced generative artificial intelligence models with professional sound engineering and human mastering.

Deliverables are provided via digital download links sent directly to your supplied email address within our standard turnaround timeframe of 24 to 48 hours following order submission.

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely at the time of order via certified third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our platform.

We reserve the right to change prices for our services at any time; however, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

5.Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or prompt generation tools for any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Generating audio intended to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate any person or group.
• Producing deceptive deepfakes or impersonating living recording artists or public figures without authorization.
• Submitting content that infringes upon existing third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt our website, quiz engine, or API infrastructure.

6.Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Chello AI Music provides all services and audio files on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Chello AI Music, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Chello AI Music for the specific song order giving rise to liability.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by updating the "Last Updated" date above. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
